The time to buy is now. Why has the market slowed down so much??

We are currently in a Buyers market… or at least so they say.
I don’t really see all that much buying…
When we had a sellers market the sellers were taking full advantage pushing the price up at every possible chance they had. Times were good. I think they were quite smart!
Now the tables have turned.
The power to negotiate now lies with the Buyers.
The sellers(some sellers) are now under pressure from high prices of food and petrol and electricity and bonds and car payments and should I go on??
Come on people the time to buy a house in Benoni is now!
I am willing to bet that when the sellers market comes everyone wants to buy again… I don’t think this is very smart on the buyers side.
Our current sellers are in trouble today because they were yesterdays buyers, buying in a sellers market. Don’t make the same mistake.
Buy now while rates are at their highest and prices at their lowest.
This way when the market turns, and it will your rate can only come down and your investment will grow.
This is the smart way to get into the property market.
