A little more about us.

After selling our businesses in Pretoria, we decided to move closer to our daughter, Nandi, who is studying at UCT.

In May 2007 we re-located to the beautiful Simon’s Town and decided to combine Elmarie’s property skills, Johan’s passion for technology and our love for people. We started the Estate Agency, Simonstownrealty.Info. We realised the lack of reliable information available to property buyers and sellers. Therefore Johan started the online property newsletter.
