After graduating with a B.Soc.Sc (Psychology), from UCT, in 1985, Anita Jeffes, almost immediately entered the Recruitment and Selection Industry. In 1990, Cathy Clarke and Anita Jeffes, formed Career Options, a successful, multisector recruitment company. In 2001 they both moved from recruitment into training.
Anita, has been facilitating workshops, focusing on Competency - job analysis, recruitment and selection - ever since! The level of delegates trained varies from very in-experienced to very experienced recruiters, from junior to senior employees and spans across a tremendous range of business sectors.
Anita, has also facilitated a number of workshops for the Services SETA, in the fields of Customer Care as well as Recruitment and Selection. More recently, she has introduced Small Business Management and Customer Care Workshops for Small Business Owners (Anita, has a Marketing Business which serves this market and her interaction with these business owners made their need for training opportunities apparent.). She also has facilitated English Workshops for second language English users.
